Kessaku’s Dynasty series 7″ professional Cleaver, Butcher knife and 6: Boning knife will be a staple in your kitchen. Our knives are constructed by hand of a high carbon German 1.4116 stainless steel, has a 58+ rockwell hardness and is very resistant to corrosion and rust. The premium comfort grip G10 glass fiber resin handle offers superior strength. This handle is heat, cold and moisture resistant and is constructed utilizing a full tang and triple rivet design for added strength. Remember to hand wash your knife then wipe and dry clean. Stainless steel although stain and rust resistant, is not impervious to water.

CLEAVER- A cleaver is a large knife that varies in its shape but usually resembles a rectangular-bladed hatchet. It is largely used as a kitchen or butcher knife intended for hacking through bone.
