Widely used in food preparation for easily removing the bones of poultry, meat, and fish, a boning knife is a kitchen knife featuring a sharp point, and a narrow, relatively flexible, curved blade. The amazingly sharp and finely honed blade of our professional Dynasty Boning Knife allows for a single-pass cut when removing fish from its flesh, and can surgically remove the fat and meat off of bones to preserve every molecule of flavor.
