Nakiri knives are double-beveled knives, excellent for working with vegetables. Nakiris are characterized by their flat profiles and squared-off tips. This profile makes these knives ideal for push-cutting and chopping. Our Senshi Series Nakiri Knife’s 8" blade is specifically designed to flawlessly slice, cut, and chop through vegetables. Its amazingly sharp, precision-forged and nitrogen-cooled blade allows you to cut all the way down to the chopping board without the need for pulling or pushing. Our specially formulated Japanese High-Carbon AUS-8 Stainless Steel minimizes food sticking to the blade for enhanced speed and safety while also facilitating precise paper-thin slicing.
Its high-tech, military-grade, strong and substantial G10+ Carbon Fiber Handle makes this knife visually stunning (its ingrained pattern changes with the light adding to its allure).
