Widely used in food preparation for easily removing the bones of poultry, meat, and fish, a boning knife is a kitchen knife that features a sharp point and a narrow flexible blade. The amazingly sharp and finely honed blade of our Ronin Series Professional Boning Knife allows for a single-pass cut in removing fish from its flesh, and can surgically remove the fat and meat off of bones to preserve every molecule of flavor.
The composition of our own specially formulated High Carbon 7CR17MOV Stainless Steel adds non-stick properties for clean and precise cuts, and has added chromium for increased tensile strength, and greatly enhanced wear, stain, and corrosion resistance. It has amazing full-tang strength, along with an extremely well-balanced and ergonomic design for comfort. Its seamless build means no food or debris can ever penetrate its body, which keeps your knife sanitary and hygienic (perfect for busy kitchens).
