The Samurai Bread Knife’s single bevel 8" blade is designed to slice through foods hard on the outside and soft on the inside without crushing its content. It also safely slices foods that normally pose a cutting hazard to busy cooks (such as melons and squash) and is great for prepping other fruits and vegetables (like tomatoes and pineapples). This extremely versatile knife can even be used to slice meatloaf and carve roasts.
