Shipping & Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is free within the USA. We ship within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday - Friday.  Total shipping time takes between 2 and 8 days depending where in the USA your order's destination is.

International Shipping

We now offer shipping to Canada and Mexico. For all other countries, please email customer service at Help@KessakuUSA.com to arrange purchase and delivery. International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon receiving your order.

Returns

Returns are accepted for all unused and manufacturer defective merchandise (which we’re exceedingly proud to define as; a rare occasion). Simply contact our customer service team at Help@KessakuUSA.com to arrange your return within 30 days of purchase.
