Kessaku's 2-Step Knife Sharpener features two tungsten carbide blades and two ceramic rods. Preset precise angles help craft the perfect edge with every session. All it takes is three or four strokes through the tungsten carbide metal side which will help restore the edge on a very dull knife quickly and easily. The two crossed white ceramic rods are set at the precise finishing angle and good to use after setting the edge with the carbide side but also good for a quick touchup on already sharp knives.
