Santoku Knife
The original Japanese Santoku refers to the three cutting tasks for which the knife was designed: slicing, mincing, and dicing. — The design of our Santoku’s finely honed blade and handle were crafted to work in harmony by matching the blade’s width and weight to the weight of the handle, blade, and tang, making our Santoku extremely well-balanced, ergonomic, and safe.
Its seamless mirror-polished smooth Pakkawood handle makes this knife stunningly gorgeous, with an amazingly superior full-tang strength and comfortable ergonomic design. Our very popular Santoku Knife is used alongside professional bread, paring, utility, butchering, filleting, slicing, sushi knives, and cleavers.

This precision forged blade is individually handcrafted & hand-sharpened using the traditional 3-stage Honbazuke method by our virtuoso technicians to 16° per side for clean, precise, cuts, amazing edge-retention, & it has a Rockwell Hardness of 58 for maximum strength, flexibility, & blade edge durability.
