Carving Knife

The Senshi Carving Knife has a thin, flexible, and very sharp blade with a smooth rounded tip, which allows for thinner and more precise slices. The long 12" blade ensures the entire cutting surface area of various meats is covered. The knife's blade quickly and effortlessly carves thin, uniform slices from large roasts of meat such as brisket, ham, and roast beef, cooked poultry like turkey or chicken, and can also be used for filleting large fish.

Carbon and Molybdenum explains its rigidity and high wear resistance, Chromium and Nickel increases mechanical strength and edge retention, and Manganese helps increase hardness, reduce structural wear, and makes for easy sharpening.
