Perfect for filleting fish, the Senshi Fillet Knife's amazingly sharp, precision-forged blade was designed to move easily along the backbone and under the skin of meat, making it great for slicing and skinning. The back edge of its trailing point blade curves upwards gently from the handle to the tip which maximizes the flexible cutting edge, and makes it ideal for quick, precise cuts.
